You can now enjoy more Sagrada by adding up to 2 extra players! This expansion introduces the Private Dice Pool boards for smooth gameplay through 6 players. Also includes new private objectives, tools, and window pattern cards.
This expansion is not standalone. The Sagrada base game is required to play.

And yes, there it was, the preview copy of the expansion Folklore & Pilgrimage for An Age Contrived. After our chat with Chris at Spiel 2024, our main goal was to determine whether the main board would be more active with this expansion. We noticed and discussed at that moment that more players had experienced the same issue: a very good-looking main board in the base game with even better-looking miniatures, but without any real actions for which to use them.
This expansion contains two modules: Folklore & Pilgrimage, which can be used individually or combined to add both at once and introduce two new characters. While playing the modules, we loved adding both to the game in the same session. This combination provides that extra touch that was needed, in our opinion. The reason to get your characters moving, along with the extra points and actions available through these modules, makes the game even better when playing with fewer than three players. So, not only do you get your energy tokens out there, but you also finally add some strategy to the game. Moreover, all players are drawn into these modules because you don’t want to miss out on the Pilgrimage track or the Folklore cards, with their nice abilities.
The extra characters look great but aren’t of added value to us. There are already nice ones in the base game, which will provide a lot of added joy when you add the modules.
Again, already in this preview copy, the quality is as satisfying as the base game. So the final product will be awesome. Great job!
